Once the weather starts to get cooler, it gets harder to find something to eat outside. With some fall favorites in mind, we’ve put together a list of picnic food for fall that’ll keep you warm and cozy.

Fall is my favorite time of the year. You get to enjoy some of the summer fruits like peaches which you won’t get to eat the rest of the year. Of course, there are apples and pears too! But you can’t eat any of them without some delicious picnic food for fall!

Fall is a great time of year, but it can be hard to enjoy the changing colors when you’re stuck inside. But that’s not a valid excuse to skip on your picnic menu. There are many foods that are extremely easy to take to-go.

The best picnic salads can be made in advance, travel well, and, of course, take advantage of seasonal produce. These are chock-full of hearty greens, toothy grains, and root vegetables.
