The first thing I do in the morning is drink a cup of coffee. Coffee is my favorite morning drink. It’s a great way to start your day off right by drinking something warm and comforting. Many people use coffee as their pick-me-up but it can also help them stay awake and alert throughout the day if they need it. The second thing I do in the morning is brush my teeth. This helps me feel refreshed and cleansed after a long night of sleep (or not). When you wake up and have been sleeping all night long, it can be hard to get motivated to get out of bed and start your day off right. I find brushing my teeth helps me wake up more quickly so that I can be ready for whatever awaits me outside of my bedroom door! The third thing I do in the morning is take my dog for a walk around our neighborhood. We live near a school so there are usually lots of kids walking around during this time of day too!
