7 month old baby needs a lot of fruits, vegetables, proteins and milk.
Fruits:
A 7 month old baby should have fruit at least once a day. Make sure to serve it in a small portion as large portions can cause gas and bloating. Some fruits which are good for 7 month old babies are:
